Hoa Phat Steel, the leading steel producer of Vietnam, has successfully commissioned their Dung Quat Blast Furnace No. 4. This is the fourth greenfield Blast Furnace built under an order awarded to Danieli Corus in July 2017.

The completion and commissioning of four greenfield furnaces so quickly after contract signature is a great accomplishment that has been made possible by the joint relentless efforts to move forward. With the commissioning of this furnace, the Dung Quat site's annual capacity exceeds 4 Mtpy, in line with Hoa Phat Steel's ambitions to become and remain Vietnam's largest steel producer.
